Share only the details needed to diagnose a problem and avoid sending private journal text or sensitive payment information.

Your journal can contain deeply personal writing. When you ask for help, share only what is necessary to explain the problem.

Safe details to include

your device and operating-system version
your Clearful app or browser version
the screen or feature you were using
what you expected to happen and what happened instead
an error message or recovery reference, if Clearful showed one

You normally do not need to send the text of an entry, a private photo or video, a password, or full payment-card details. Clearful’s error-reporting layer also sanitizes common journal-content patterns before diagnostic events are sent.

Before deletion

Deleted account data and journal entries cannot be recovered. If you may want a copy later, export your journal before deleting your account.
