Search your journal entries

Find an entry by searching its title, writing, or date from the Journal screen.

Search your journal

Section titled “Search your journal”
  1. Open Journal in Clearful.
  2. Choose the search button in the top-right corner.
  3. Enter a word, phrase, or date.
  4. Choose a result to open that entry.

Search checks entry titles, writing, and formatted dates. Results are shown with the newest matching entries first.

If you cannot find an entry

Section titled “If you cannot find an entry”
  • Try a shorter or more distinctive word from the entry.
  • Try the month or full date as it appears in Clearful.
  • Confirm that you are signed into the account that contains the entry and that syncing has finished.

If an entry is visible in your Journal but never appears in search, contact Clearful Support with your platform and app version. You do not need to share the entry’s private text.
