How to reset your password
Send yourself a Clearful password-reset email and know what to do if the message does not arrive.
Reset your password
Section titled “Reset your password”If you are signed out:
- Open the sign-in screen and choose Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address used for your Clearful account.
- Choose Reset Your Password.
- Open the email from Clearful and follow its reset link.
If you are already signed in with an email-and-password account, you can also open Settings > Account Info and choose Reset password.
If the email does not show up
Section titled “If the email does not show up”- Double-check that the email address matches the one used for Clearful.
- Check spam, junk, promotions, and any email filtering rules.
- Wait a few minutes before trying again.
Still cannot reset it?
Section titled “Still cannot reset it?”- the reset email never arrives after repeated attempts
- you no longer have access to the original email inbox
- the reset link opens but you still cannot access the account
