What users can still do
Section titled “What users can still do”Many people still use Clearful successfully in other languages because journal entries, prompts copied into entries, and personal writing are not limited to English-only text input.
Important expectation to set
Section titled “Important expectation to set”- Menu labels, product copy, and help documentation are still mainly English.
- If a user wants full app localization, it is better to frame that as a feature request than promise a rollout date.
What support should do
Section titled “What support should do”If someone asks for a specific language, record:
- which language they need
- which platform they use most
- whether the blocker is the app UI, prompts, notifications, or support content
That makes the request more actionable for product planning.
