Reset your password

1. Open the sign-in screen.
2. Tap Forgot your password?
3. Enter the email address used for your Clearful account.
4. Tap Reset Your Password.
5. Open the email from Clearful and follow the reset link.

If the email does not show up

• Double-check that the email address matches the one used for Clearful.
• Check spam, junk, promotions, and any email filtering rules.
• Wait a few minutes before trying again.

When to contact support

Contact support if:

• the reset email never arrives after repeated attempts
• the user no longer has access to the original email inbox
• the reset link opens but the account still cannot be accessed afterward
